I would like feedback on a crafting strategy for my play-style. I'm a casual player and like to remain in Heroic (elite). I like my TR framework and I love playing my Art(1)/Loc(9)/xxxx(10) toon. What I would like to do now is work on fine-tuning my equipment. I prefer crafted to named, so here is what I came up with.

NOTE: I don't use my weapons for actual fighting, they are just there to help my EB.
I'll probably make a set for ML3, ML7, ML10, ML14, ML17, with the exception of my two utility rings which will just be their ML.

- Which is better for Glove suffix: Potency vs Spell Lore?
- Which is better for Weapon suffix: Insightful vs Lore?
- For my "Heal" necklace, I intend to use that outside combat and at rest shrines, is there anything else useful?
