game crash after redeeming code(s)

Hi, I've experienced few crashes, particularly this week. I redeemed the crate, then tried to go back to redeem the second code currently available, and the game crashed. This happened on two accounts, there might be something wrong when returning to store after redeeming. Or it might have happened after redeeming the second item, not sure.
