Tier 7 rare collectibles not used for anything?

According to http://ddowiki.com/page/Cannith_Crafting , Adventuring Oratorio is the third (aka "rare") ingredient in Insightful Charisma shard, and Vial of Dragon's Blood Ink is the third ingredient in Insightful Constitution shard. However, putting either of these collectibles into shard machine gives "this item is not compatible" message. Actual recipes for Insight CHA and Insight CON call for 5 Purified Eberron Dragonshards as the third ingredient. Is this WAI?

This probably has nothing to do with it, but what is your crafting level? Is it enough to craft insightful?

No, my crafting level is only 181. In order to see what I described above, I have to manually specify level range up to 300.

The rare in question is required for the Unbound Ins CHA shard.

Rares are only used in Unbound Shards. (unless I've missed one, but pretty sure bounds are only ever common and uncommon)
