    Default UK players

Are there many and on what world do you play?
I know there are some on G-land, but what about the majority?
    Thanks in advance

As a UK Player I've found that we're really spread out with no particular server or Guilds just for us.

We tend to congregate with the Americans due to shared language anyway.

There are Guilds led by UK Players but they tend to be either small/tiny groups of friends, Solo Guilds or Invite everyone.

We're not like Canada {G-Land/Thelanis}, Japan {Thelanis}, Korea {G-Land}, China {Sarlona}, Brazil {Cannith}, Italy {Cannith}, Hungary {Cannith/Orien - Csodaszarvas are on both servers!}, Germany {Cannith, Wayfinder}, Poland {Argo} who all have their own Major Guilds on certain Servers and seem to congregate to one or two servers.

I've noticed French Guildnames on Multiple Servers but aren't sure how many of these are actually French Guilds - Some are probably Canadian while others maybe just like the Language for Guildname use.

As for UK Guilds - I'd guess that Accrington Pals and The Accrington Stanleys on Cannith are both UK based as well as my own Scions of Stormreach {However I find most of the people who've joined my Guild over the years have been Americans - We had one Hungarian all the way back when the Guild started....He actually bought our first airship.}.

I too am a UK player based player and on Cannith also, I don't play on other servers but it does seem like we are a very small portion (tiny even) of the player base which is a shame since it would be nice to run raids at reasonable hours lol.

Quite right. I havent been on a raid since Chrono arrived. I am appreciative that raids must be different to normal quests, but do they also have to take forever, and if playing with US players it can be a bit of a pain what with time zones and life.

It is Turbine's fault there are so few UK players in DDO; they are all in LotRO.

I am also a UK player but only play on Khyber. There are a few UK players but I mostly raid through channels. There are also quite a few Australians here so can raid/quest with those down under in the morning and do the same with my US Friends in the Evening

Thelanis for me. Couple of others on there from UK I'm aware of.

There don't seem to be many of us from the UK on Orien from what I've encountered, I only know of four who play regularly. It's a shame Europeans aren't more densely packed onto one or two servers, the LFM board is often dead until American peak hours.

Thelanis seems quite well stocked! As there are at least 5 active UK players in my guild at the moment and at least another 4 'resting'. The rest of the guild is French and German (and a person from the USA ...). I am aware of quite a number of fellow UK players on Thelanis along with quite a few European players - not everyone talks so it is hard to know where they are based a lot of the time.

    Hi, UK here - G-land.

If you're looking to raid more we have a strong raiding presence in your Fellowship channel, though you may have to stay up late as our group is mostly US players. Come say Hi or ask Syn or Pink what we get up to.

Well there's at least three brits on Argo, cos we were all in a group last night along with two dutch and I think a Belgian (sorry Rad, I can never remember where you actually hail from, I just know its continental Europe).

Look up The Thieves Guild, we're a small guild but there's usually *someone* online during UK evening times, often during UK daytimes too but that is more variable obviously.

Crusaders of Justice is a UK based Guild on Orien. Used to be a bunch of us from the UK with a smattering of Scandinavians and Germans. Sadly only a small guild now with probably only half a dozen regularly active. Don't think I've been in a pug for about a dozen or so lives now. Can't remember when we last had a full raid group. Short manning can be fun, but is usually disastrous!

I'm going to guess that British Bulldogs are a UK Based Guild - Don't see them around much these days though.

Coventry of Fallen Angels is another possible UK Based Guild on Sarlona - Coventry is a City in the centre of England.

Oh and of course though Sarlona isn't my main Server I am English myself.

Forgot about British Bulldogs...not seen them for ages- which is a shame- always a fun time with them, but they always kept themselves to themselves most of the time
