    Default Account demoted from premium to free + can`t add TP Codes

    Hello. My account was premium for years. I don`t exactly remember when i upgraded it to premium, but it was long time ago.
    Now, how things happened:
    I have few quite old 500 TP codes which i wanted to use to add some points to my account. As it`s not loger possible to add them in game i wanted to try on my profile at https://myaccount.turbine.com. After i logged in i couldn`t find such an option to add any TP codes. Dialog window where i used to add them in the past just dissapeared. But what is worse, after that try, my account demoted from premium to free and now i don`t have access to all my characters on it.
    I have submitted a ticket on http://support.turbine.com but no idea how long it takes this way.

    1. Could you fix it pretty please.
    2. How can i add TP codes to my account ?

    1. Already taken care of, you just need to log in!
    2. Any codes you have can now be redeemed directly through the DDO Store while you are playing. When you bring up the in-game store, click on the 'Redeem Code' link at the top of the page and then enter in whatever code you have. Once the store refreshes, you'll see the points added to your account. If you have any trouble redeeming a specific code however, toss in a ticket using the link in my signature and CS can sort you out.

    Is there any plan to make a webpage in which we can update our account info and redeem codes? I can still update my info using the Turbine MyAccount URL, but I cannot redeem codes there. It would be nice to be able to redeem codes without having to be in-game. It would also be nice to update my information on an SSG URL rather than Turbine.
