Missing characters

Hi there,

I logged in after a long time of inactivity and all of my characters are gone. There are 0 on the character select screen. I tried calling Turbine, but they told me to call Standing Stone. It seems to be general knowledge that Standing Stone is useless and there is no phone number. I filed a petition with their website a week ago and I have had no response. I've followed up twice. Am I screwed? That was several years of work.

Please advise.

Orein is the current default server and will have to toggle a different one.

SS does not do phone help - think about the numbers alone. SS is not useless, and insulting the company you want help from is not very smart, but then again neither is calling the wrong company to start with, so I'm betting on the wrong server.
