    Default "Character Already In World", cannot access my Main on Khyber after +5 Lesser

    I submitted a ticket to support.turbine.com. Is this still happening? I really hope I don't lose ED's or Tomes or anything.

    I tried to do a +5 Lesser Reincarnation and the game hung loading into Korthos after character creation process.

    Also I just got the following automated email response which was disturbing, and I am not sure how to proceed.

    "Thank you for contacting Turbine In-Game Support. This automated email has been sent to let you know that we have received your support request and to also forward some relevant information based on the support request details you selected:

    - Select the most appropriate types and explain your inquiry or issue.

    Lemme know the name of the character having the issue and the server that you play on so that I can make it better. You can also send it as a PM if you don't want to supply that info here. Whichever!

    I spoke too soon...At the Life Shaper I cannot take Epic ED feats, I assume because my XP was wiped out. However, I am level 30 and have triple epic completionist (3x all epic past lives) making it impossible for me to have zero ED xp. I've submitted an in game ticket, is there anything else I should do?
