Default Can't buy TP using Boku or PaySafeCard

I wanted to buy some points while double bonus promotion is still on. Boku payment option wasn't working for me since i was reintroduced to the shop, but PaySafeCard was always fine. So, I go to the in-game store, slick add turbine points, and click amount I want. Then I click PaySafeCard:

All is fine, window with payment confirmation appears and I click Pay Now:

However page where I could enter PaySafeCard code doesn't appear, instead I get following message:

Can anything be done about that before TP sale end?

BTW, the same thing is with Boku (though second screen doesn't appear at all and I immediately get error when I choose that payment option).

Is there a separate screen to enter the details of your preferred payment method prior to making a purchase? While you are looking, I shall look, too.

Try clicking on your name at top right of store window, and choose Payment Accounts. See if that will let you enter card info, then try your purchase again.

That's not how PaySafeCard works. You don't have account (or at least you don't need to have), you just buy a prepaid 'card' with a code and use that code for payments. Once you use up all the money on it you just throw that 'card' away, so I can't enter card info into my account page, because it don't have sense (and you can't anyway...).

And yes, after the second screen I should be rediricted to PaySafeCard payment page where I can enter my code.

Okay. I never used PaySafeCard. You can use Steam Bucks to buy TP if you start game from Steam. Is that an option for you?

    Steam is not an option.

I tried it, and got the same error, so I doubt the problem is regional. The page did ask me for a postal code, first. I wish you luck in finding a solution.

Same problem here when trying to buy TPs using Paypal: "Purchase failed" when I click "Pay now" instead of sending me to a page to enter my Paypal data. I also tried to add Paypal as a payment account in the DDO store, and got the same message "Purchase failed" even though I wasn't even trying to purchase anything at that point. So I'd guess it is a problem on the payments company's side.

    Tols.

(Nothing blocked by my firewall either, although I do wonder now why the dndclient is contacting a couple of Facebook servers, and whether I'll break anything by blocking that. I'll probably find out. )
