Nothing to special, Im sure that there are higher max prr builds out there, but cant seem to find any posts so i figured id share where i was at. I'm still missing a few prr past lives (1divine,3pdk) and planar set for an additional +27prr.
This is a completionist/epic completionist/0 iconic lives. This is not the way i run around in quests. Just a test to see how high i could get. No pots were used in the making.
