Feat swap question (Fred)

Lets say one buggered up during an ETR....

Took Mobility as lvl 3 feat (forgot that I only take dodge on the toon)

Want to get Maximize but Fred wont give me Maximize for Mobility...

I have 2 swaps immediately available

Anyway to get out of Mobility and into Maximize without destroying the toon?
Was thinking maybe swap Mobility for toughness, then swap toughness for Maximize.......just not sure if it will work out like that or if Ill then end up with 2 toughness feats

Pure Ranger.

May try swapping toughness as I took that later, then if it works can swap Mobility for toughness.
