Shared Bank Storage

The sale from Sept 2nd -8th is showing both the Shared Bank Storage and the Shared Bank: Platinum Vault being 20% off this week.

But when I look up the shared bank storage in the store the only one that is showing on sale is the platinum vault.

it probably is just the 'initial' slot - and they should say that.

Seeing as there was no official feedback I figured I would give an update.

Before the sale was over I ended up buying the four shared bank slots that were available to me (at full price). I opened a ticket via the ddo website on the morning of 8th and received the following email 6pm on the 10th:

Greetings <name removed>,

I am happy to provide you with a refund for the difference in price due to the recent sale. I have refunded 796 Turbine Points to your account. These points should be available for immediate use within the store!

I'm happy it worked out in the end but it shouldn't have been that difficult. Hopefully they will offer the sale again (correctly) for those that didn't get a chance to get it.
