    Since this is a themed / flavor build, I don't know how much you care about maxing DPS, but: you're an INT-based ranged build who doesn't have Harper, Targeting Sights, nor Insightful Damage, which means you have no way of adding INT to dmg. That's kiiiinda of a major DPS loss.

    EDIT: I think BE is a pretty poor ROI on APs; I would consider rgr 12 / war 6 / arty 2 instead. 1 AP human, 12 APs Harper, 24 APs ES, remaining APs split between AA & DWS.

    I always like spiritual retribution with TWF. A 12 ranger 5 lock (blur) 3 paladin (immunity, saves, cleave and 1d8 light dmg) or rogue (2d6 SA damage and trapping skills) version of this build in DC might be neat if the AP worked out. Keeping an extra spell power item in gear early epics would be tedious probably.

    You show taking the Jump spell in Ranger and in Warlock.
    Have you updated the spell list ?

    Wrote jump for warlock spells because they don't really matter, the important spell to take in warlock is `shield` and `obscuring mist` if you will ever use it.
    The ranger spells are important because most of the levels go into ranger so the caster level is the highest.
    Arti spells are obvious, can swap out shield of faith for grease if you like
