TR issue

I am trying to ETR a character, but every time I get to the end and hit the create character button all I get is a message that says "unknown" and it will not let me continue. If I go back to the main screen and try to log onto the character I get a message saying your character is being saved. Any ideas?

I'd say "PM" is probably better for this forum given the reserved status of "DM".
He didn't even list what adventure or what levels or world the "DM" should prepare once they are sent to Turbine.
Acronym priorities...

The one time I kept getting an unknown error it was because I selected the wrong alignment for the class I wanted. That was probably on a Lesser Reincarnate though.
