Top tier PDK favour reward is no reward

Ever since update 21 some 10 updates or 2.5 years ago whichever you prefer, we have been able to max out PDK favour but with no reward available it feels as though we are being cheated out of a shiny due to no-one having thought of something to give us in 2.5 years, surely someone could have spent a little time thinking up a suitable reward in all this time?

I agree with the OP. It takes a lot of work to get to that top tier, and the reward is nada. And while they are fixing that, how about giving us something cool for the top tier of the Twelve favor?

This is not the only one, there are others like the Twelve that also have been around a long time.

I agree that all Favor reward chains with reachable Favor amounts should be completed with something.

I would also like to see Favor rewards that are a specific item that having multiples does not help provide an alternate option(s) such as possible Guild Renown or even a small XP boost or even 25 TP as an alternative.

I'm looking at you Spotted Puppy certificate that is bound to Account...

I can't believe they never bothered adding a reward in for this! Really? Nothing? How about some of these ideas:

• An additional backpack and/or bank slot. Space is at a premium in this game!
• Player-specific housing. This would require a update's worth of effort or two, but basically it allows you access to a minigame where you build your own house through buying materials in-game (And maybe in the DDO store, as long as it's not exclusive and not hard to get), as well as getting them in loot. You can unlock things such as a personal vendor, special bank space, ability to generate a daily amount of platinum (And maybe shards, but no more than what would be a free daily silver roll), and stuff that's useful to players. This requires quite a bit of thinking, though.
• Your choice of various high-level (At least level 24) augments and jeweler's toolkits.
• Your choice of a permanent guild XP buff or permanent character XP buff. These can last through reincarnations like tomes, but you can only have one at a time, and they can be swapped with a cooldown for a commendation of heroism fee.
• 100 Turbine Points. Why not?
• 2 Epic Destiny Points. These will not last through a true reincarnation.
• A special item that, when filled with enough scrolls, will turn into a clickie of that scroll that recharges based on how many scrolls you put in and the spell type. You can either have 1, 3, 5 or 10 charges depending on how many scrolls you add and what type of spell it is (Offensive, buff, debuff, exc.) Offensive holds up to 10, buff holds up to 3, debuff holds up to 5, exc. holds up to 3. Scrolls with both vendor and non-vendor stores will be used, and the item can be upgraded in capacity later on if you don't have the scrolls you want right now with no upgrade penalty in quantity. The item can also be upgraded to increase the caster level of the spell cast, and it can be upgraded to use character stats when using the clickie (Such as ability score modifiers, DC feats/enhancements, spellpower, and 'maybe' metamagics. It's gotta be useful but yet not overpowered as a clickie.)

You have a point, but it's been even more years that there's been no reward for the top The Twelve favor tier.

For Twelve, I suggest a vendor who sells Omnispell components for outrageously large sums of platinum. Convenience for players, plus a platinum sink.

For the Twelve max favour reward, I think that having a special mnemonic potion would fit them perfectly. The best thing would probably be making it an equivalent to the Silver Flame Pots that max Silver Flame favour grant. Gives major temporary penalties but is the only way to get a Heal potion. In this case, maybe give it the same penalties as Silver Flame Pots but make it restore 100 spell points?

PDK and Half Orcs are literally tall Dwarves with different head models.

The wolf pet reward is also no reward after the first time, and barley anyone uses the shop (witch should not be behind favor wall anyway, IMO).

^This, especially considering the pet certificate covers the whole account.. not much of a character reward... and no alternative choices.. so every TR life and Alt you run through PDK has to trash the certificate.

Receive a Key to the City - Eveningstar. This item allows you to teleport to Eveningstar once every 30 minutes.
~good the first time, duplicate keys share the same timer so.. every extra key you get is..[deleted] useless..
Come on.. you could of let us use multiple keys on different timers... or an upgrade to the original key to give an extra use/faster cooldown....
Still don't understand why this is not 1x/rest instead of on a 30 minute realtime timer (use of key can be interrupted causing timer to start and not porting)
and we still cannot use teleport scrolls in FR to go to FR destinations, but can Teleport across the reams back to Eberron.. although to be fair.. they did give us a clumsy hall of heroes porting....

~Covered above.. first time ever.. ok.. but after that.. completely worthless.. useless for alts and TR lives..
its a 'one and done' tier per account.

Access to the special crafting barter NPC Mikrom Sum in Eveningstar. Allows you to complete the Planar Focus sets using raid weapons and Commendation Item Sets using certain unique, non-Commendation armors.
~useful, for those that still want to access upgrades and craft items
We could get 369 Favor + whatever from the 6 challenges.. another 36 I think.. enough to hit the 375 by doing all the flagging and the raid Elite plus 1 6 star challenge.

Battlemaster Dint: You have grown exceedingly strong. We have not yet devised a reward befitting of someone of your accomplishments. Speak with me at a later time, when such a prize has been contrived.
Current maximum possible Purple Dragon Knights favor is 639 as of Update 21.
~We got an expansion for the expansion which included more PDK Favor for Wheloon with Shadowfell Conspiracy in Aug 2013.. yes that's over 4 years now.... and still no reward for the 500 favor..
I think they have forgotten about it or just don't care about finishing loose ends...

True doubtful they will expend labour resources on this, I've never played the iconic PDK but does it have an enhancement tree? if so it would be super easy to simply give non Iconic's access to the PDK enhancement tree (or some of it), kind of like what we have with the Harper Enhancement tree?
