Build Request: Non-PM DPS/Utility 20 Deep Gnome Wiz/MultiClass

So I run with a very solid static (FTR tank, TWF Ranger, DPS Pally/Monk (he plays both at level), CC/melee bard, and myself on a mechanic rogue.

Is there a build that could be useful in this static for dps/cc? I'm thinking 60/40 CC (or maybe 80/20?) since we already have bard for disco's.

I was thinking Evo/Enchant, but as a DG should I try for Ill/Evo?

I can see healing being an issue without UD forms, but if I splash FvS for the sp regen anyway, then that's solved.

NOTE: I won't roll a lock (at this time) as the guild is flooded with them atm. (as im sure yours are too!)

PS VIP, but no tomes, 32 pt., no PL's (so yeah, lower DC's and spell pen)
