What happened to 3 days?

Saga: The Pirates of the Thunder Sea (HEROIC) can be replayed in 4 days 3 hours 50 minutes 2 seconds.

So basically 100 hrs is the timer between Saga runs of Heroic 3BC but didn't the Devs state it was supposed to be 3 days?

The official known issues list and DDO Wiki says the 100 hours is a bug.

I only discovered it had a timer at all because you yourself mentioned it before, months ago:

Pirates of the Thunder Sea is the ONLY Saga to have a cooldown timer on it and that timer is approx 4 days {I know it says 3 but it's more like 4!}.
