28* pt WC build for newish player

Greetings. I last played in 2007 or something. I unlocked Drow and quit. I came back for the nostalgia but found power creep instead.

I have a level 2 bard (human) I used as a mule. She has hearts and both birthday cakes.

I've been lurking for a bit, but none of monte cristo, maddcookie or Unbo's builds has anything I can adapt to 28 point human WC.

I wonder if anyone has any ideas, particularly for stat distribution and skills. The other stuff I can just respec if I screw it up, so it's not as pressing (although, feel free if you're so inclined!)

I'd really appreciate any advice you can give.

Welcome back, OP.

If you've had trouble finding Warchanter builds you like, it's probably because the U22 bard overhaul was biased in favor of Swashbucklers; outside of freeze-specced builds (which are overwhelmingly PDK for higher DCs), WC hasn't gotten a lot of love.

Fortunately, the recent Kensei buffs makes ftr 6-8 / bard 12-14 builds a lot stronger than they were: 32 APs Kensei (Keen Edge + One w/Blade), 27 APs WC (Fighting Spirit + Armorer + Reckless Chant), 13 APs Stalwart D. (Tenacious Defense) - you've got yourself a nice sturdy bard with pretty good DPS who isn't locked into Swashbuckling.
