    Default VIP perks issue

Why is it that we get our 500 TP for being VIP after weekends and holidays, roughly? I say roughly because my Sub ends on Aug 3 and I didn't get this months TP until July 6 which was a Wednesday. Being the 4th was a Holiday and on a Monday, that logic would say I would get on the Tuesday the 5th. Over the years I'm sure DDO subscribers have been shorted using this practice. Regardless of the day of week, Holiday or not, we should be receiving what we paid for on the monthly anniversary day that we initially signed up on.

    call and talk to them.

Personally I have received my VIP points (basically) on the same day of the month for ... a long. time.

You should get your points on the day of the month your subscription would expire if your subscription would expire on the 28th of whatever month then you should get your points on the 28th of every month it's active I get my points that day no matter what day it's weekday weekend or holiday

One should, yes but it hasn't happened that way as far back as I can remember, look in your account history in the DDO store and visually see when your 500 TP were credited relative to the day when your Sub expires, like I stated, I received the 500 TP on 7/6 and my Sub expires on 8/3.

Holidays non-withstanding, most players will receive their VIP points within 24 - 48 hours of their anniversary/renewal date. While holidays, store issues, or maintenance may delay the timeframe in which the points are delivered to your account, they are part of your VIP benefits and you should most definitely receive them. If some manner of shenanigans occur and you don't get them for a particular month, definitely reach out to us via ticket and we are more than happy to grant you the points that you should have received.
I do respond to PMs, but please note that I can get backed up. If you need immediate assistance, please refer to the links below!

Thank you very much for Turbines response. Now that it is clarified, Since I received my points 3 days later than my anniversary day, going forward will I now receive those points on the 6th rather than the 3rd? This practice has also happened in the distant past.

Again, Thank you for the response, I sincerely appreciate the communication.

No worries! In theory you should receive your points closer to the 3rd if that was your original anniversary date, but honestly it's difficult to say right now. Whenever the points do end up delivering in August, whether that is the 3rd or 6th, will be the grant date going forward.

I will keep you posted if I receive the points prior to Sub expiring.

    Thanks again for the communication.
