18/2 Bard Rogue, Help?

I need help figuring out a good build here. I should first state I've been out of DDO for a little while now and am kinda trying to get back into it.

I am trying to figure out a Halfling Swashbuckling Bard and I'm thinking mixing in 2 levels of rogue for the traps and evasion, but I'm not sure how to align my stats and proceed with them so as to remain competent with traps and remain competent with my swordplay and songs. Can anyone help with figuring that out? I have 32 point builds and vet status 7 if thats of any assistance.
