The cell formula is already there to incorporate DR so why not use it?

Because it adds 0 accuracy to the model.

We didn't include 10 ms of lag into our calculations either.

I could choose to continue to add variables and disrupt the conversation to ensure nothing gets accomplished, but I would only choose to do so if I was intentionally disrupting a thread to make these insignificant contributions somehow seem important.


In a discussion that is making progress, running around in 6 directions at once is a diversion.


If you believe DR is important, redo the calculations and contribute something to this thread.

To date, you argue about how DR is important in some imaginary situation without applying it to the metrics we have agreed on - Toughness Value. This is disruptive and a waste of our time.

Let me talk a bit about goal posts.

The goal posts for me have always been down on the far end where we have a good modeling of the whole character. The goal posts for others have been somewhat closer.

You can't actually do this if you are unwilling to look at specifics such as:

being willing to look at character self healing
being willing to show how DR affects the parameters discussed (TV)
waiting 15+ pages to include AC miss chance

So you have shown an unwillingness to do the specific things needed to look at the big picture, while showing a preference for arguing about things that don't affect the big picture.
