Crystal Cove is back, now through July 10th! We've also set map piece turn-in rates low to facilitate more mining. The numbers are 500 on all servers except for Wayfinder, which is set at 250.

meh, without a loot revamp or some new teaser drops...it all looks pointless for anyone who has done cove anytime in the past 3 years..
Randomgen pass2 and newly released loot invalidates almost every Cove named item..

I guess maybe for those newbies to pickup a couple trinkets..
Hopefully the newbies read up on the flasks before getting caught in the trap of crafting them..

I bet it was one of the best returns on investment in terms of new tech as well. I mean because of cove we got challenges and maybar and revamped maybar and god knows what else in terms of mechanics they could then use in quests. I really hope the key team members got promotions or something out of cove.

I have tried several times on the Argo server to form a CC25 (I should go for 27 really due to being level 22) event with no success. Nobody joins. Nobody sends me a tell. I get no response. I need help but I don't know how to ask for help. How do I form a group for this in DDO? Do I need to select the challenge in the LFG menu? If so, I cannot find it.

How is this incorrect? I have failed to see anything worth the time from there for years now (last I made was a 24 glass cannon because I was going to do an artificer life and there was nothing better at the time,) even though I liked the event itself back in the day. What loot do you think is a must have that is not far behind random gen or newly released loot? Please note that I (and many others) look at high end loot and twink items for leveling.

Unless I am missing something, I am going to assume prior statement to be true that the loot is outdated. If I am thinking that statement to be true, it kinda makes yours look a bit like trolling. Who knows though, maybe I missed something.

I was hoping they would add a festive augment or 2 to Cove.

A +2 Festive Dex augment would be worth farming. But no change in the loot? Does no seem to be much reason for me to do Cove.

I love Crystal Cove and to be honest if I had any reason to ever go there again I would. However without adding a lvl 28 or higher tier to the gear or new items I have no reason to ever do this event again really. I still have my elemental gems from the last time. I have multiple copies of all the gear and the last several times it was brought back I usually ran it once for giggles and went back to either raiding or leveling.

Please update something. This has been asked for several times in the past years. If I recall correctly challenges have a maximum chest level of 25 so even if there were chests to loot there would be no chance for decent random loot. This is just an opportunity to frustrate new or casual players more while trying to open cove and then fill groups.

I bet people would have loved helping you but since turbine never added relevant loot, people have no reason to run it anymore, all the previous loot is outdone by trashloot or named loot that came way later
