Upgrading Shadowfell from Basic to Collector's Edition

I bought the Shadowfell basic edition a long time ago with TPs.
If I buy it the Collector's Edition now, at DDOMarket, will I be able to upgrade my acount?
And will I get the better benefits?

I believe you can get both the basic and the collector's edition from the market and apply them to your account.

That's if you want to get the extra stuff from both:
1 character slot, lesser tome of epic learning, one +1 skill tome, 1000 TP from standard and
3 character slots, greater tome of epic learning, one +2 skill tome, 2000 TP from collector's

You can log into different characters to get the tomes of learning.

P.S. If you want to purchase only the collector's edition you can of course.
