One with the Blade and "A Dance of Flowers"

Hello, I am trying to figure out if "A Dance of Flowers" works with the new Kensei enhancements.

My focus weapon is Kensei Focus: Axes
I took Exotic Weapon Mastery (tier 1)
I took the Exotic Proficiency Feat: Dwarven Axes
I am wielding a Dwarven Axe and a Large Shield (tested only with a Dwarven Axe aswell)
I am wearing a Heavy Armor
I took One with the Blade, which is supposed to make me Centered
I twisted A Dance of Flowers and also activated Grandmaster of Flowers as my active destiny to try it

After all of this, there is no red (!) icon which says that I am uncentered (should be if wearing shield or heavy armor)
There is no message at all, nothing.
A Dance of Flowers also did nothing. No weapon damage increase or decrease nothing at all.

It seems like it's totaly bugged out and doesn't even function at all. At least if it did, then it should mark me as uncentered.

*Also supposing it does function, then how would ''One with the Blade'' and ''A dance of Flowers'' affect your off-hand weapons or shields? According to the wiki, it should add the +1.5[W] to all of them

wiki: A Dance of Flowers: Passive Bonus: +[0.5/1.0/1.5][W] to attacks you make while Centered. Note: Works with any weapon as long as you remain centered, eg bows with Zen Archery or T5 Kensei focus weapon. Works without monk levels, so long as you meet the requirements for being centered.

One with the blade does not automatically make you centered, nor does it "flag" you for not being centered if you do not meet all the requirements. The only thing one with the blade does is allows you to use your focus weapon/s and still be centered IF you meet all the other requirements for being centered (i.e. cloth armor only, no shield, and unencumbered). So because you are wearing heavy armor, you cannot be considered centered, and so dance of flowers will do nothing for you. If you wear robes, then you'll gain whatever benefits you would get from being centered, including the passive damage bonus from dance of flowers to both your mainhand and offhand weapons (if TWFing), but you can't be centered with a shield, so it doesn't affect your shield damage.
