From a utilitarian standpoint, probably not. From a fun standpoint, that's up to you and your enjoyment of heroic content.

    - Monk lives add +1 to hit and damage with all attacks. This gives you a total of +3 and will probably add ~12 to your DPS depending on your build (thanks to MP and attack speed modifications), or less than 1%.
    - Fighter lives add +1 to tactical DCs. +3 to tactics is nothing to sneeze at, but an endgame-geared assassin will have an Assassinate of about 80 in rough numbers. A ninja spy may or may not use tactics; QP, SF, SB are up to you, and I'm not sure if dark finishers are affected by fighter PLs, but their DCs will be comparable to an Assassin'. This will make a decent difference in a few endgame dungeons, but regardless of these past lives you'll still be able to assassinate with 95% effectiveness in all other content.
    - Barbarian lives add 10 HP. +30 to HP is slightly worse than +2 Constitution and makes pretty much zero difference at endgame, even on a build with high PRR, which neither a monk nor an assassin will have.
    - Rogue lives add +2 to saves vs. traps and +1 sneak attack damage. The former is useful if you don't have a trapper. With melee power scaling, your +3 sneak attack damage will increase to about +8 damage per hit on top of your couple-to-several-hundred SA damage as an Assassin / Ninja Spy.

Gear adds much more than heroic past lives, as does character fluency, so you might be better off not reincarnating. Knowledge of game and quest mechanics is similarly valuable, but avoiding past lives won't give you a shortcut on this front.
