Default Specific windows 10 problems solved for keybinds logitech mouse

Since upgrading to windows 10 a long time ago I’ve experience problems with ddo on my laptop. My keybinds would forget themselves everytime I logged out and I was unable to get my Logitech performance MX mouse to transfer its assigned keybinds into the game. The mouse keybinds would work outside of the game but not in it. Today I think I’ve solved my problem. The root cause I believe is that when updating to windows 10 from 7 I lost part or all of my admin privileges. Some say that this may happen when UAC is set to off when upgrading. I set UAC back on for the following fix.

I found that I could not access my ddo.keymap or my UserPreferences.ini files. I could not delete the files directly. I had to right click and copy and paste to my desktop to create a copy. Then I had to drag the files from the Dungeons and Dragons Online folder into the recycle bin. I then moved the copies of the files from my desktop back into my folder and access was restored. Upon logging back into game full functionality was restored.

    Default Didnt work at home

Nope. Didn't work on my home PC. I'm having to reinstall windows 10 from the USB media tool and reinstall DDO. I'll let you know how it goes.

EDIT RESOLUTION: Reinstalled windows 10 from thumbdrive. Reinstalled DDO. Keybinding functionality restored. Closed.
