    Default My subscription has been modified without notice

    As the title says, recently, I don't know when exactly, my subscription had been modified without any notice and without my consent. I can't say I'm really happy about it.

    On both my accounts, I had the 12+3 months deal. I took advantage of the deal some time ago (not the last time it was offered, before that, the first time ever it was offered for the first account, and later for the second account). Not only I had this deal, but it was renewing itself every time it was due. That's what the deal was, and was advertised. We get this deal, we keep it, period.

    Now I find myself with a basic 12 months subscription, what happened with my +3 months? I also noticed I'm not the only one in this situation, what should I do about it? Tomorrow I'm going out for an entire week but I'll try to look here if there's any answers when possible.

    Default Subscription duration

    Thank you for the heads up. I looked and was affected by this as well. I submitted a ticket.

    I was on the same deal, but the 3 months part was a temporary bonus... the "title" of the subscription remains there, but the renewal is for the standard 12 month subscription... unless your timing was such that you could have gotten the next incarnation of the bonus when it was offered.

    I'm not talking about being on the offer, I'm talking about it being the next one queued up. You are right about the OP it was a one time thing, not an on going thing.
