TR'd a character who had consumed a +7 supreme tome and upon tring the tome was not there, went to file a in game ticket and the option wasn't available to me.
Character name - Sherni
P.S. - this is the second time this has happened to that character, last time she only had a +4 supreme tome, after that had fed her a +7 supreme tome. Last time, same problem but phoen support was available to file the ticket for me. Very frustrated or maybe i'm missing something.
I'm a VIP, or am i missing something?
