Default Add an option to purchase increased carrying weight

I think that adding a way in the store to purchase "Tomes" of carrying capacity would be a good idea. Some odd 200 TP per 75 lbs of weight, or similar, that last through reincarnation.

Now before you go ahead and wave of off as being crazy, let's look at the facts here.

1: This is a very, very nice QOL upgrade for low-strength characters.

2: Full quivers and full huge ingredients bags are HEAVY. Although this may not be for everyone, simply having an option to invest in being able to carry around a single bag, rather than storing your main bag in the bank and toting around another "Collector" bag, would save time.

3: This adds zero power creep. As in, it adds even less than an extra bag would give.

So yes, what do you think? Yes or No for Chrisms of Maximum Load?

I approve. Might be a bit of newbie trap, but still a small convenience.

option exists, STR augments are available on AH and for TP in store. common sense when rolling a STR 6 halfling repeater build in med armor is also, in theory, available ...

The main point when carrying capacity is a major concern is levels 1-8. even then, I like using my slots for other, more useful things, but I generally slot a strength item either way to carry stuff.

(Let's be honest here... the real reason is because with enough of these, you don't get uncentered as a dexmonk by ray of enfeeblement )

I think this is an interesting idea, but I think this is the wrong approach to fixing a low strength character's carrying capacity.

Methods of increasing strength already exist - Sure I've had to make sure Rage and Bull's are running so I would not be overloaded.

But taking away a drawback of a choice even racial seems to me a step in removing differences between races.

Well... to be technical the coin lord upgrades are a bag of holding and a portable hole... by dnd those should not be full weight for what's in them. Those weight reducing options do exist in dnd, and we have them but they don't work.
When I first started and got that first upgrade, I was like "sweet, I can put all my heavy stuff on that page".... nope.

Put some build points in STR.

Buy a STR item and wear it.

Buy a STR tome and read it.

    Put stuff in your bank.

It is like going to a museum and bragging about how fast you made it through. Or bragging about how fast you finished a good steak.

As one who favors running characters of the master race (Halflings, of course) I can feel where OP is coming from.

But, it is the choice I make. It is not a lot of work to get enough strength to carry required equipment around. It does require adjustments. If one makes use of min/max (say, for a sorc) and keeps strength at 6, expect to not carry a lot. If the desire is to carry more, drop a point somewhere from a max and add three to that min.

The world will not end because of it. I promise.

This already exists. It's called a STR tome.
