Loot Tables Fixed - Chest Blessers Useful Again

With Update 31 I was noticing some weird plat rolls so did some retesting. They finally fixed the chest loot capping at level 30+guild/jewel. I actually saw level 34 loot in a youtube video from the end of April so it may have been fixed in one of the "lag fix" patches and may have been active for the last +2 loot event.

Okay, something appears wrong. Running LN memoir and good intentions with a +2 jewel, +1 guild, +1 bless I am getting level 35 loot (appropriate).

Running LH search and rescue with the same bonuses I am getting level 35 loot.

Does anyone have a picture of their +16 ability item (level 36 chest) in the chest with the plat/gold next to it?

Do non raids cap at level 35 loot?

I think level 35-40 chests may all drop the same amount of plat/gold. I have tested up to level 37. Anyone have any gold/plat amounts from level 38-40 chests with the loot event?

Search and Rescue:
Level 39 chest: 4826gp
Level 40 chest: 1151pp

Definitely looks capped at level 35 wrt gp/pp. If its capped wrt random loot as well is an open question.
The level 40 chest (with my only pirates map) had a MC bow with +177 devotion and +81 insightful impulse for the record.

If someone could post gp/pp levels from raid chests we might know more.

LH TP level 39 chests. Same gp and pp as level 35 chests.

So, either gp/pp is capped at level 35 - or the chests are. The latter is the simpler explanation so its possible that chests are simply capped at 35 now.

Sorry didn't notice the responses. From my experience 35-40 level chests all give the same gold/plat but you can tell they give better loot.

Level 32 end rewards do drop +15 items so I assume level 32 chests probably can too (which we now know is level 34 loot). The cutoff appears to be level 36 chests for +16 items and level 39 chests for +17 items.

It is unclear what loot levels those actually are since each affect on a rand gen item will be a random loot level (eg level 40 chest dropping level 35 prefix, level 40 suffix, level 38 bonus).

I know level 39 chests drop +4 ability tomes (or +5 upgrades). It is unclear where +4 tomes first drop since you can only tell by running on normal difficulty or from a champion chest since other difficulties have static tome drops as bonus loot (which started with MOTU on elite difficulties). I think level 33 loot still drops +3 ability tomes but I would be happy if someone contradicted me. I think it used to be level 7 chests for +1 tomes, level 15 chests for +2 tomes, and level 23-33 chests for +3 tomes (prior to level 34+ chests being added).

As an aside I'm not sure chest blessing is still useful now that we have crafting (since to make it useful you need to pay TP for elixirs and jewels and buy or hoard treasure maps).
