Ingame store Black screen "loading..." Forever

Everything was fine yesterday morning.

I came home from work and loaded the game and the ingame store wont load at all.

I tryed various things and looked at the troubleshooting and none of it is workings.

PLease help me give you guys money. Nothing changed on my computer so i dont understand whats going on...

If i miss this point sale im going to be sooooo depressed...

Ive reset all my browser settings, proxy stuff, anti virus stuff, reset the graphics, reset the launcher...

NOthing fixes it...it just black screen...I can Highlight "loading.." in the top left corner thats it...

I'm having this exact same issue and I can't figure out what's wrong either. If anyone knows what's going on that would be awesome.

Orien server. Other server Stores appear fine.


Uninstall and reinstall does not work.

Me too. I wanted to buy some points while they're on sale. Are Turbine points purchased on one server usable on another server? I'd hate to miss the sale.

yea points are fine to buy on other servers but u cant buy items or character slots and stuff like that has t do with a particular server..

this store issue seems to be isolated to Orien....

Yeah it definitely seems to only not be working on Orien. I've logged onto some other servers to check and the store is working but you can't seem to buy some items.

I have this exact same issue on the Orion server too. Followed all the KB troubleshooting steps, nothing fixed it. Windows 10, 8GB RAM, I7-3820, GeForce GTX 660 Ti.

Submitted a support ticket, got an auto reply quoting the KB article, I replied saying again I've done all that and sent a screenshot. NO reply back its been 10 hours.

I want to buy some Wisdom tomes, find it ironic. Guess I'm not wise enough to fix the DDO Store myself.

I could use that tome too. I think there are three different ways to report a problem with DDO. If someone guesses wrong, they can try all three like I did.

It's obviously not resolved. I can't load the store on Orien, and I've tried for 2 days. I've had it open for almost 30 minutes now, and still nothing but a black screen!

I have been having a problem for two days now where the game isn't wanting to load AT ALL. Stuck at 0.00 KB/S or fractions of KBS (commonlg .15 or .26 KB/S). Attempting to clear computer caches to see if that lets me in.

On the otherhand, the forums have been super moody as well - I frequently get the Can't load this page, something's changed-type error. Clearing the cache results in limited success as sometimes the error will still occur.
