I noticed on my warlock months ago that Shiradi procs off Chain Blast are affected by metamagics but have not tested if Shiradi procs from ranged attacks are.
Has anyone out there tested or noticed?

Shiradi procs from ranged attacks are not affected by spell power or metamagics.
