Barbarian Help, gear and others

Hey guys i want to tr my paladin in pure pdk barb and need your help. last time i played barb was when 25 lvl was max.

first gear, atm i use :

head; sightless with festive wis +2 and insght dex + 2
neck: epic pedant of quiet movements with sonic res 35
trinket: epic litany with natural armor 8 and balance 15
goggles; epic glimpse of soul with protection 8 and insght str +2
armor : shadow docent shadow guardian with armored agilty +2 and topaz of power 250
cloak; epic hide of fallen with charisma +8
bracers: epic mysterious bracers with repair +15 and insght char +2
belt: belt spell res +48 insight +23
ring: strange tidings with int +8 and gloob of true imp blood
ring2; seal of aviatoul
boots: epic boots of inocents with good luck +2 and draconic soul
gloves; sanctified gages with heal +15 and fals life 40
quiver: epic quiver of alacrity

so my question is what from this gear i need to change (docent ofc on med armor)

from other items i got:
shroud of ardent
gs hp belt
gs hp helm
Knost's Belt
Encrusted Ring


and last question is , is it worth tr in pure Bf barb ( i like bf for it immunity) i know pdk gives feat and dmg boost.

Most of your gear will do though, but you'll want to just keep highest str/con/PRR/MRR/False Life/Saves items otherwise.

Going BF is counter intuitive on a barbarian these days imo, and I'm sure many will agree because your healing from blood strength is positive energy. AP is super tight on a barbarian if you're going to optimize for survivability and DPS, which is 37 AP in ravager for core 5/Crit rage/Blood Strength/Laughter/1 AP at the end of Cruel Cut line for that 5 melee power and 41 points in Ravager Capstone (+25 damage and 5% to do 500 (typically hits for 1300+ when built right and hits often)/Blood Strength (+4 strength, 4d6x100% melee power, 1 crit multiplier)/Crackling Attack Line (1-3 Weapon Die and 3-9 Melee power depending on doublestrike)/barb cleave. Don't worry about wasting 3 AP to waive the HP requirement. With Blood Strength there's no reason. You'll typically heal around min 150 health per kill in epics.

Anyway that leaves you 2 AP, which is either 20% damage boost if human or 25% increased rage time. I just TR'd out of my barb to try fighter one more time, but in epics I can hit 3-3:30 plus minutes of rage time and have 12 rage cast. Human/PDK is most optimal, but it's however you want to have fun in your time.

Many nasty things can be avoided now of days.

Be careful, converting a BF into pure Barbarian requires (due to the inherent Paladin level) a LOT of spent Turbine Points, for questionable results as described above.
