It's your main against a heavily-armored military tank...who wins and how?
Lerincho, of course, as a Gnomish Artificer he completely understands the inner workings. After defeating the foe, he has heart enough to help improve the military tank by adding steam powered waffle maker.
The Great Gnome Conspiracy was here!
Ruin for the win!
Based on history, the tank wins:
(Combat): You suffer a total of 1,688 points of damage from Demolishing Explosion after 120 were blocked by energy resistance.
Depends on if the tank is immune to magic, I guess...?
Just a random, forgettable NPC doing things an NPC does
Things that NPCs do include, but are not limited to:
Having a gold goblet over my head to indicate availability of a quest
Having a catchphrase that never really catches on
Having various rewards that are generally not worth the trouble
Wandering around randomly
Giving out obvious information if it wasn't obvious enough
Repeating the same lines over and over again
Repeating the same lines over and over again
I don't really have a main, but if I'm playing a ranged character, then the ranged character wins. If melee, then the tank wins.
Icebeest would just self heal and spam magic missile, until Colors of the Queen turns it into a frog.
My paladin would sum this opponent up as a form of Iron golem with no legs!
Thus my Adamantine Weapons would make short work it....
Of course I was surprised to find several small bearded humanoids inside... I hear they are called... gnomes?!?
They were all sweaty and smelled terrible...

My warlock wins through the use of terrible tentacles of doom
I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was, now what's it is weird and scary to me.
Of course, the tank loses. Warlock--'nuff said.
Ghallanda (38): Vilas, Alphon, Whelm, Thaylan, Tyclmi, Amgine, Talc, Dedlee, Payle, Darell, Talenta, Zhen, Thrane, Arrith, Durdyn, Magefyre, Necrophil, Tulgey, Borogove, Hasugi, Shawal, Hailestorm, Branthan, Lightningbug, Bettercall, Elecktric, Zardu, Zergworthy, BrotherOf, Missadventer, Bytemy, Demogeorgia, Tizen, Warrcore, Permadeaf, Fullmettle, etc...
Oh I'm sure the military tank would win. Even enchanted crossbow bolts tend to bounce off military-grade armor! Well...at least the first 20 times it would win but then I'd finally get the hang of it and figure out how to beat it with some spell or ... thing.
Since my main just TR'd the tank would just run him down as he gets tired.
My main. No idea how...

Proud Knight of the Silver Legion, Cannith: Saekee (main) and some others typically parked at some level to help guildies and other players
Leap of Faith onto the Tank, Sit on the Hatch and let the Summoned Archon poke holes in the tank until it collapses.
My dwarf barbarian doesn't have magic, so brute force would have to do. He could pry off the hatch like a can opener with his axe, get in there, and stop it that way. He would emerge victorious.

my monster rogue (12 rog/6 rng/ 2 ftr) would easily win due to high max dex, hence high dodge cap and of course due to armor piercing!
my main would use improved invisibility and then sneak on top of the military tank's hatch; use a bell of opening from the DDO store and then sneak inside with a quick succession of circle of death, Evard's black tentacles, wail of the banshee and energy burst, spirit burst on the crew.
Main wins and then drives the free military tank.
