Is there anyway to salvage my character?

I have had this bladeforged 18 sorc/2 pally build on his second life. The first life was sorc was well. I ate a +2 con tome and +4 cha tome. My gear is kind of crappy, but I am willing to work on that. I am also willing to TR into sorc again or some sort of warlock. I am fine in EH, but in EE I feel pretty useless. What can I do to up my power level?

Erm, perhaps providing more info would help. Exactly how do you feel you're underperforming/trying to do and failing? DC-cast, nuke? Dying too much?

18/2 is still a totally viable EE Sorc split; popular for Shiradi casters, who typically don't depend on DCs. Example build here.

The question is, which destiny are you working on? If you are still working out EDs then I recommend charting a fast path to Shiradi Champion. Ten epic levels will give you time to make your way to the Primal Sphere.

You only need to get 6 million karma if you plan to do an ER before you do an Iconic Reincarnation (need to return to 30). I have guild mates that try to do 2 to 3 ERs before they IR/TR but your milage might vary depending on your style.

Thank you for the reply. I feel like a mixture of both. My DC for lightning stuff is 41. My HP is at 377. I am only level 21, and I am working towards draconic line right now. A lot of EE stuff save way too much for it to be viable.

I am working on Draconic first, then will fast track to shiradi. Thank you for the input.

Toughness item?

You can get a +8 con item at level 15, maybe look for a better one. You should be able to get a +10 items for level 21

TR into warlock. You'll get more return on investment for you effort there.

There is a few things you need to iron out first.

First Lets Look at your HP.

As others pointed out you need to start looking at Insightful Bonus as well as Exceptional bonus. The Twelve has a turn in of 20 Tokens for some clear augments that will help you out.

Next, look for Vitality and False life.

Next is Spell Power. If you are going to focus on a specific element make sure you are gearing with spell power and lore.

You could do this in EE groups until destinies are more filled out:

1 Twist imperceptible spellcasting from magister and use it at the start of every fight.
2 Start fights invis for a few seconds so others take aggro
3 Only cast negative level spells and PW:Stun
