    Default Launcher closes but game doesnt start

    Please excuse me, im a little bit frustrated right now and it is getting late for me, i will try to give as much informations as i can till i have to go to sleep because of late hours here in EU (need to get up early in the morning).

    01. May 16 my GPU (NVidia GTX 660Ti) discontiniued his service after 3 years of abuse.
    At first i though it was a software-related problem and used an backup for my Win 7 (64 bit home premium).

    Lucky me, my mainbord had an GPU onboard so i was at least able to install everything back befor 01.05.16 but DIDNT start any game (its pointless to play games with GPU onboard, i had enough experience with that already). I run also all related updates for Win 7 and also optional updates (up to date 13.05.2016).

    08.05.16 my new GPU arrived (NVidia GTX 960) and also received the latest update. I started the game and got an error message wich reminded me to reinstall the launcher. So i went to ddo homepage and grabbed the installer there and used it to reinstall the launcher (but not the game, the game data were still there).

    So. What is happening now:
    I can open the launcher (always with Adminrights, nothing else!), i can enter my password *click on Login* and can choose my world. When i click on *PLAY* the launcher closes but the game window doesnt start. Normally it should open in window mode (i dont like fullscreen) but that doesnt happen.

    So i tried for some days now to bring ddo back to work.
    What did i try? So many things...
    - Deleted old DDO and downloaded and installed (with adminrights!) 3 times(!) and 1 time with Stoner81 DDOWrapper (just in case...)
    - Deleted DDO again, used old Win 7 backup again and installed DDO again without any other programm first (no Antivir software or else)
    - Tried a downgrade for my GPU (i think i used version 359.06 but are now back to 365.19)
    - Played around with DirectX 9, Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1; 4.5; 4.6.1 (and even 4.0 just for fun) (DirectX 11 is installed)
    - Deleted, (re)installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable (+ x64) 8.0.56336; (8.0.50727.42)
    Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 (x86) Redistributable 10.0.40219
    Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable (x64) (+ x86) 12.0.30501.0 (12.0.30501.0)
    Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (x64) 14.0.23026.0
    - Internet Explorer is up to date.
    - went to launcher options->repair->repair the game display settings; did nothing for me

    Normally, if someone hits such problems it would be understandable to get in contact with technical support.
    Lets just call this the second problem.
    When i open a ticket (http://support.turbine.com) i have to use a Email address. I use the Email address i always use when interacting with Turbine/DDO and at least MyTurbineAccount shows no problems and sends me messages about updated billing informations and so on.
    But the Support... at the end of the tickets they write "An email confirmation with your ticket number has been sent to the email address you provided. You may update the ticket at any time by replying to that email without changing the subject line." but there is no such notification and yes i checked the spam filter many times.
    At least the problem with the support seems to be rather old, i found an old email from 16. September 2013, it was the last contact with Turbine Support (with the exact same Email address i wanted to use now with my problem this time). Since 16. September 2013 there was no contact with Turbine Support possible and i tried few times but was, in the end, able to solve the problem myself, so i didnt bother.

    Normally i try to solve problems myself or with the help of friends but this time the situation is so bad that i even write in ddo forum as my last resort and i really hope someone can suggest a solution so that i can play again.

    Default

    Im seriously embarrassed right now. I found my mistake after all that time now! i installed DirectX 9c End-User Runtime (few KB) instead of Directx 9 (few MB).
    Im so ashamed right now!

    But please feel free to solve the second problem.
