Is "Outbreak" quest broken?

I'm trying to do the Druid's Deep adventure arc, but I can't access the Outbreak quest. It tells me I don't have access to the King's Forest content pack. However, I was able to do the other quests in this arc (Overgrowth, Thorn and Paw) with no problems.

Anyone else run into this issue?

Are you sure you've picked the quest up?

There are two quests in the same location there, one is outbreak, the other is murder by night which requires the menace of the underdark expansion to play. "Normally" you'd choose which one you wanted to run when you click on the door but it sounds like it may be giving you an error since you only have one of them. Other than putting in a ticket and hoping I'm not sure there's a way to fix that. (Short of buying the expansion)

EDIT: You could try having someone else in your group go in first and see if it then allows you in.

Krelar likely nailed it. There is a menu of quest names when more than one quest is available on a given doorway. Just scroll to the one you want.
