Just wondering what the level of service is for in-game GM support for tickets? years ago it seemed to take 3-5 hours for a response (p2p player not vip). I'm currently stuck in a quest and after 35+ mins waiting I'm logging out and closing the ticket, just want to know what's a realistic LOS I should wait for? I know where I work I support 700,000+ employee's and my LOS is 90 seconds and anything over that is considered failing, but we do have a team of around 75 people to accommodate that and I know the in-game GM's are only a few people so that's extremely un-realistic. So was just wondering what a general estimated LOS is to avoid putting in tickets when realistically I probably won't get a response in the time I would want to wait. (And no I try not to abuse the system, I have 6 showing in my ticket log that I've placed, three of which were due to the broken 20th list for CITW in 2013)
