Don't think you can get ESF:Evo; don't you need to be able to cast 6th level spells to pick up that feat?

You wanted two feats to drop to pick up CE and Plate, so there's one. Without completionist, that's another one to drop to give you both feats. With completionist, you could I guess drop one of the metas or one more DC?
