Calling all graphic artists!!! -- Allow animated graphics?

DDOwiki is looking for a new graphic for the main page over on Calling all graphic artists!!!, and a question came up about whether or not we'd allow animated graphics to be entered in the competition. I have mixed feeling on the topic, so I've decided to put it up for public poll to guide the decision the wiki administrators make on the matter.

is this thread a voting poll by posting one's vote?
I vote no. Animated graphics just don't work on printed media. DDOWiki is obviously online, but who is to say that you might not have printable objects down the road? It could be as simple as a coffee mug with the logo.
