Character still in game

Did an epic tr yesterday and then when to login after completing the epic tr and waited for about 10-15 minutes before using the task manager to kill then ddo window since the game did not load me back in. Now one day later it is still saying I am logged in with that character and I have logged in with an alternative character as well and I am still stuck with it kicking me back to the character select screen with the pop up message that that character is still in game.

Please fix this.

This is a known issue and at this time the only successful fix is for a server restart. Last week there was a notice that there is a possible restart this week.

I do feel bad that this has happened to you (you are not alone in waiting) and do hope that they find and fix the issue soon.

cordo did say they have a way of fixing it without a server restart, but that its only roughly 50/50 so contact customer support op
