    Default Just Wondering

How long should I wait before I determine in=game help is not going to respond? Currently in-game waiting for an answer?

that is really dependent on a few things:

    1. When you put in the ticket
GM support hours are not 24 hours I believe they are 9AM to 2AM Eastern Standard Time

    2. If it is quest related - and rerunning it is an option. In those cases I would only wait about 1/2 the time it would take if I just re-ran it.

For non-quest related issues such as an issue with TR (Loss of ED XP or Tomes etc) I've waited between 10 minutes and 3 hours before I got a response. To be fair, the 3 hours was on a Monday morning and based on an interview for the 10th Anniversary this is something that could happen since they have to clear all the open tickets from 2 AM before they start on new ones.

Recently I have had it take 10 Minutes and 1 Hour (Last two tickets March and April)

In the end you are the one that can determine this by your own patience level.

    Default Oh I see

I've looked at several of the threads in customer service and no one from Customer service has ever answered any of them. For some reason I thought customer service actually looked at the customer service forum What an idiot I am. I also assumed there was customer service, hahahahahahaha, lol, hahahahahahaha, I'm crying due to laughing so hard.

In game support open a ticket.

If it is account related you will want to contact the customer service department - Phone (Business Hours) or by email (this could take a few Business days)
