It was working fine (and by that I mean it was stunning at an abnormally high rate) during u28, have not played one since then though.

Much appreciated. I am thinking of going back to vanguard (I have the gear and now stunning might be hot again...), but I am a bit weary of the nerfs. Shields no longer benefit from holy sword (AFAIK), for example.
