VIP lapsed early and now my warlock is stuck

So I am in game and knowing my VIP is scheduled to lapse shortly after midnight I was going to TR my main character - a warlock - into a F2P class or a class I already own. I don't own Warlock and was prepared to TR out of it before VIP lapsed and have no intention of buying warlock. I was ready to go, played the TR cache tetris game, cleared out inv etc.

Well guess what I was booted out of the world (VIP lapsing early) at 9:40 PM tonight instead of at 12:15 AM in 2 hours. Now someone will probably jump in and start talking about time zones yada yada yada but Turbine has us trained to use Eastern time since they are based in Boston.

Before I continue, I'll await a response. Thanks for all you do.

I think this is something a call to Customer Service is the best option here to resolve.
