    Ive been doing all my builds lately with maximum resources as im eyeballing each for a very well PLed toon. That is why everything is inflated a bit. So full line of ranged DPS feats (except the epic combat archery, that takes higher base dex) and a good chunk of the melee dps feats (missing tactics and didnt take all the weap foc/weapon spec for the melee power angle). int for tohit and damage on all weapons consolidates the melee and ranged capability crossover as well as fueling massive skill points for traps sneaking/fluff.

    Very solid (for TWF) prr and mrr, running in defender, taking the 2nd tier heavy armor training dealie.

    I'm' interested, but surprised: don't Morninglords always start with 1 cleric level?

    Did you forget to take Harper? Or does the builder not support it? I use ED37's character planner instead....

    They do, but you can use an LR +1 to replace it after character creation.

    I don't know if you can hit viable DCs for Burst of Glacial Wrath, but I'm intrigued by the effort. I figured if you're going to try, you need to take SF:Evocation + Magister Twist for +4 DCs, at the very least. I like the idea of Dire Charge -> Energy Burst -> Dance of Death, with BoGW in there if Dire Charge stun wears off or you need to CC another mob while Charge is on cooldown. Rather than AA I invested in Kensei for Strike w/No Thought. I wish I could figure out a way to squeeze in crit range bonus too, but this is a pretty AP-constrained build already.
