    Default This character is already in the world [Resolved]

    Earlier (about 12 hours ago), I was in the midst of epic reincarnating my character on the Orien server. After clicking on the "Reincarnate" button on the log-in page and setting up the character at level 1, the game got stuck on the loading screen and I forced the program close.

    Now, when I try to log on to that character, the game gives me the error "This character is already in the world". I can still log onto other characters on that account/server.

    I've already sent in a Support ticket, but since it's the weekend, I'm not expecting support anytime soon. Just wondering whether anyone has faced this problem, and have a solution that doesn't require GM action.

    UPDATE: Issue has been resolved by In-Game Support who reset my character a few hours after I sent in a ticket in-game. Just a note that the in-game support and turbine's support webpage appear to have different working hours. I initially sent in a ticket through the webpage, explaining the delay.     As a side note, once I was able to log in, there was another issue with the epic reincarnation, where all my destiny progression was reset. That was also quickly resolved by the in-game support.

    Here I thought I was the Only one...same exact thing happen to 'CaptinChaos' on Thelanis server. Hopefully, technical support can help our toons caught in the Phantom zone.
