DDO store broke and took 1500 points and didnt deliver item. Where do items go?

I bought an item, but I had a full backpack. It took the points but didnt deliver the item. There was awhole lot of text that flashed up but I didnt get a chance to read it and it didnt write it to game text

I found this help text form the store, but the thing it says should appear has not appeared, even after i relogged:

If you have any issue with a store purchase or the delivery of a store purchase (points, items, etc.) please close the store and then reopen it. If this does not resolve the issue, please close the game and then reopen and log in again.

Please note that if you made a purchase with a full inventory, the purchase may not be immediately delivered. You should see an icon in the top-right of your screen that says “Store: Unredeemed Coupons". If you clear space and then click this icon, you should receive the purchased item. If you do not have this icon, please make sure you have room in your inventory and then exit and re-log into the game.

Please also note that the purchase may not appear in your bags until you next log into the game. If you do not immediately receive an item from a store purchase, please log out of the game and then back in. The purchased item should then appear in your bag.


EDIT PROBLEM SOLVED: lol ok, the icon is on the left, hidden in your other icons!

if you did clear inventory space and relogged (probably on that same character too) and it still didn't show up, i guess your only option is to submit a ticket. you do have the email purchase confirmation? might help to append that.

Try logging completely out of the game and back in.

Also check your in game mail as there is a lost and found system which will return items to you.
