Got warforged arti 18 was thinking about a respect to make INT main combat stat using harper enhance, also I read on ddo wiki that there are no monsters that can bypass adamantine so going with ad plate is possible too.

What do you think?

You don't need harper to get INT to damage and to hit as a Arti, there are spells that do exactly that. Adamantine body is a good feat for any Arti without evasion but not because of the DR2 (you will hardly notice) but for the Physical Resistance Rating (PRR).

Except you can't put the spell for INT to hit and to dam on at the same time.

Are you melee or ranged? What did you use as your main stat before the thoughts of respec'?

I think you should just follow CThru's advice rather than try to reinvent the wheel.
