A frequent meme on the web is making a 'bucket list' of things one would like to do before they die. Since I'm apparently the oldest active player of this game, I guess I should put one together. This one, though, is for things to do this year before my 75th birthday. This seems like a good time to do it, the games are down for the third time this week.
1. Buy a bigger boat. Actually, this is a cheat. I did this last weekend when the store had double bonus points and 20% off shards. So, one done.
2. Reach guild level 75, so I can update ship chests to 60 items each. A real challenge for a one man guild, since I started this year at level 60.
3. Bring my 6-pack of alts to at least level 20. I have a sniper, a swashbuckler, a paladin, a cleric, a thief, and a warlock in play, plus an arti as craft/hagglebot.
4. Run in at least one raid. I've not run in a party (except slayers) for three or four years. Old and slow, you know. Also forgot how to work that LFG interface.
5. Run The Devil's Gambit until at least one named item drops from one of the quests. Not a lot of hope on this one.
6. Figure out what to do with my guild when I decide to retire. I'd leave it to my grandkids, but they are too grownup to play silly games.
I'm posting this not because I presume anyone cares, just so I can remember what I'm supposed to be doing in the game.
And you kids stay off my lawn!
