Question about obtaining Mystical Vessel http://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Mystical_Vessel .

According to DDO wiki it drops from, "Hiding in Plain Sight End Reward, The Restless Isles; Quest End Reward." I'm not finding an actual quest for Restless Isles, only the two raid flag quests plus the pre-raid and raid. Does it mean that it drops from the end chest in the Twilight Vale raid (The Titan Awaits)? I did Hiding in Plain Sight but the vessel wasn't among the reward choices, so it's not 100%. Anyone hazard a guess at the drop rate? I'd rather not waste my time doing that quest daily for a 1% drop rate.

Does it drop anywhere else, like the rare spawn chests in the Restless Isles? Any suggestions are welcome, I need one to craft a Resis +5 shard. Thanks.

No, it drops from the end rewards of HIPS or either of the two titan flagging quests. All the Mystical X crafting items drop as quest end rewards.

The wiki just means it drops from either of the quests in restless isles.

It's not a guaranteed drop but the rate is pretty high, probably around 40%. It's very unusual that you'd have to do HIPS more than a few times to get one.
