Would love it if somebody in the know could enlighten me as to the DC of the Color Spray SLA and what might contribute to this (neither the description or tooltip say anything).
(I'm sure the same question goes to many other SLAs!)

There are some unknowns with it..
Text: Enemies are sprayed with illusions of color, and must make a Will save or be Dazed, Blinded, and/or Silenced. The target must make a saving throw for each effect.
Meta's: Empower, Maximize, Quicken, Heighten, Enlarge, Intensify, Embolden Spell Resistance: No
Best guess is its based on the PnP color spray spell which is a level 1 Illusion based spell and uses Illusion DC..
Would be nice to know if it has a different DC like other some SLA's that use (#+character level +stat) ..
Is it treated as a level 1 spell, or is it based on Character level....
There are a lot of SLA's (and items, and other text in general) that have poor text descriptions in the game that continue to get ignored or not updated to reflect game changes..

Yep.
Some of the meta's mentioned don't even make sense for a non-damaging spell.
I have now taken one rank of this on my Rogue 8/Artificer 2 on the hope that the DC is character based rather than spell level based (which would obviously make it useless for anything other than pure spellcasters). So far, I've only tried it briefly out on a level 8 elite (hence level 10) quest and it _did_ appear to daze or blind enemies most but not all of the time. But haven't done any extensive testing.
I want to know whether it will be worth the action points going forward for a non-pure spellcaster. Which is why it would be really nice to get a definitive answer (devs...)!
